Refund Policy – AAO Prestige

1. Custom Orders

Our bespoke creations are made according to the client’s exact specifications (design, material, dimensions, finish, etc.).

  • Cancellation & Refunds: Not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started.

  • Deposit: Non-refundable.

  • Modifications: Can be discussed during early design phases. Once production starts, changes may incur fees.
     

2. Products from the Online Boutique

Some items listed are either in limited stock or made to order by trusted artisans.

  • Cancellation: Allowed within 24h if shipping has not yet started.

  • Returns: Accepted only in case of defects or confirmed non-conformity (see below).
     

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in product inspection and secure packaging. If a problem occurs:

  • The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof (photos and a short description) must be provided.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer:

    • a replacement,

    • a repair,

    • or a partial refund.
       

4. Non-Conformity with Description

If the received item clearly differs from the advertised description (dimensions, materials, finish, etc.):

  • The client must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
     

5. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping will be covered by AAO only in case of confirmed defect or error.
     

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders canceled after 24h or once production has started

  • Damage due to misuse or poor handling

  • Minor variations due to handmade materials

  • Change of mind or subjective preferences
